If you are interested in having Surf lessons, we have at your disposal everything you need – teachers’ accredited by the Portuguese Surf Federation, wetsuits, boards and one van that will take you to the best spots.
The lessons are, at least, one and a half hour long and a professional monitor, who will give you all the instructions you need to start surfing, will always follow you.
For a better learning process the lessons are divided in two parts.  First you will learn all the theoretic aspects, that will give you a deep notion of Surf, and everything you need to do in the water. Secondly you can practice and test all the acquired knowledge.
In the practical lessons the monitors use flippers, which help to improve the relation between teacher and pupil, increase the security and facilitate the learning.
Another important aspect is the constitution of groups, which are formed according to the Surf level, not exceeding seven pupils for each monitor and, in every case, each pupil can choose to have private lessons.
If you are not a beginner, you will have the chance to evolve, gaining aptitudes for a professional surf level and competition.
